Structural Integration.  Stemming from the legendary work of Ida Rolf, who created Rolfing, Structural Integration is a set of ten sessions, and sometimes more.  These work to unlock the body where it may be bound, in a systematic way.   The ten sessions can defintely help you find more freedom, ease, and peace in your body, mind, and heart.

Connective Tissue Bodywork.  Like structural work only a little less targeted, less intense in focus, more general and just as good. Especially if you are the once a month type of massage client.  Occasional structural integration techniques when the body calls for it.

CranioSacral Therapy.  Cerebral spinal fluid, cranial bones, spine, sacrum, the whole body, and beyond.  It all moves with your wave, sometimes like a jellyfish, or a tiger. This therapy is very relaxing, subtle work with a deep and profound impact.  Based on the work of traditional osteopathic manual manipulation, the Cranio Sacral therapist listens to a person, and follows.  To me, in my current understanding, the primary act of listening is the fundamental difference between Cranio work and Massage work; in general, where a massage is telling the body where to move and perhaps how to be, a cranio session listens to the body and follows its directions.  This can allow for a deeper sense of relaxation and may also allow for more acute inuries/traumas to be released in gentle ways.  I have a long history with this type of therapy and continue to study it avidly with Hugh Milne at the Milne Institute and a mentor.

Integrative.  Refers to integrating multiple modalities into one session, one experience.  Most, if not all, sessions are integrative in nature.  Most have some swedish elements, primarily in the transitions.  Many incorporate connective tissue bodywork, applying directed focus to fascia, and myo-fascial areas, and other connective tissue structures in the body.  A Structural Integration session or a Reiki session or a standalone CranioSacral session would be the "purest" work, meaning work that integrates other bodywork modalities the least.  Almost all sessions incorporate some awareness practices, guiding deeper into experiencing what is, and what is happening right now.

Awareness/Consciousness Work.  Guidance without leading is the goal.  Guiding deeper into experience and then back from the ride.  Building Awareness is the most important aspect of my practice, it is the keystone upon which all bodywork and energywork is founded.  Noticing, what is the experience right now.  Sometimes it is addressing a memory, beautiful and/or traumatic.

Reiki.  Tibetan and Usui Reiki Master-Teacher.  Over a decade of experience, a lifetime of wonder.  Energy work is the sublime of the subtle.

Swedish Massage.  The spa massage.  Nice fluidity, relaxing, soothing, calming. Occasionally gets a bit deeper, but mostly it's excellent for transitions, so everyone gets a little swedish. because it's yummy and nice.

Trigger-Point/Neuro-Muscular Therapy.  We find "The Spot".  We go there and we breathe, deeply.  This is another modality, like swedish, and Lomi, that make it into most sessions. because it works.

Pregnancy Massage.  Yes! Pregnant Momma's need massage! I use a very special, very exclusive (I only have one), pillow with holes for a growing belly and chest.  It supports and gives in all the right places.  Made by Earthlite, just like my table.  Mother's to be will usually be the first to say they need a massage, usually their feet and low back.
